Blending intimate storytelling with a timeless folk sensibility, Maria's self-titled album explores themes of identity, growth, and resilience — weaving vulnerability and strength into something deeply personal.
Produced by Cameron J Niven in his studio at Surrey Docks, the recordings are minimal and sparse, letting space, tape warmth and honesty shape each track.

About Maria
Maria Mihailik
Born in Ukraine and living in South East London, Maria Mihailik is a young singer-songwriter. Inspired by an eclectic mix of songwriters, like Bob Dylan, Fiona Apple, Joni Mitchell and Naima Bock she blends folk styles and contemporary themes in a confessional, intimate way.
Maria’s songwriting and vocal is both distinctive and timeless, she, quite literally, turns heads as soon as she starts to play. — Toria Wooff
